EVENT TITLE: Second Car Meeting brought to you by MAIN crew

DURATION: 2-3 hours
CONCEPT: We had great success with organizing and hosting various events (E.g. 5 Content Creator's events, multiple Crew Battles, 1 Golf Tournament) and we decided to expand on it by hosting our car meetings. We all work hard to make our cars look how we want them, but hardly get to to show them off so we could meet up somewhere , park our cars, have a look around at each others rare and custom cars, take pictures and get ideas of what to do or what to save up for. So, If you want to relax and spend good time this weekend with us this is the perfect place for you. The main point of this car meeting is to relax, communicate with other people, and make friends. So don't be shy .
RULES: #1 Don't Kill other people. Don't purposely ram other people's cars.
#2 Passive Mode must be enabled as soon as you enter the game.
#3 To avoid confusion please set your in-game chat setting to everyone so you could properly hear others.
#4 Respect other people's cars, so be careful not to hit another car when parking.
#5 While cruising, please maintain safe distance between your car and the car in front.
#6 Voice communication during the event is preferred but not mandatory.
#7 To participate in the event you can send me a friend request on Xbox Live, my gamertag: Li0Nia (0 - zero) preferably. Or you can send me message before or during the event. You can leave your gamertag down low as well and click "Follow" on the topic so you can be informed about the exact arrangement. I will keep updating the number of participants throughout the week.
#8 Approximately 15 minutes before start of the event all participants will be invited.
#9 During the event I will host 3 of my created races related to each car class(Off-Road & SUV's, Supers, Sports). But the point of these races is not to compete and win, but to cruise in the appointed direction.
#10 If someone will behave inappropriately they will be kicked. When a host announces that he is going to kick someone please kick that person within 30 seconds.
#11 Please make sure you will join the event on time (set up a reminder on your phone or something), in case you cannot join - inform me in advance.
The car meeting will be held in 3 stages:
Stage 1: We will start with off-road & SUV car classes. We will meet up at the seashore near the Alamo Sea with our owned off-road & SUV cars and wait there maximum 15 minutes until all people join, buy, mod, repair and come. There we will take a look at how original and creative you can get by customizing your car and vote for the best looking one. After that we will do a little cruise from the meetup spot to the swamps in Lago Zancudo. After the cruise I will host my created race and invite all participants. After the race is done I'll re-invite everybody to invite only session and we will start Stage 2 of the event. (If you don't have a off-road or SUV car you can bring anything you like)
Stage 2: From off-road cars we will move on straight to Super cars. We will meet up behind the concert venue in Vinewood Hills with our owned super cars. Once again we'll wait for everyone to join, buy, mod, repair, wash and come. There we will take a look at how original and creative you can get by customizing your car and vote for the best looking one. Don't forget to take some pictures as well. After that we'll cruise toLos Santos International Airport and start a drag knockout tournament. 1 vs 1. After the winner is announced I will host my second created race and invite all participants. After the race is done I'll re-invite everybody to invite only session and we will start the final stage of the event. (If you don't have a super car you can bring anything you like)
Stage 3: The grand finale! Sports, Muscle, Classic, Bikes, Luxury car classes are allowed for this meetup. We will meet up at the parking lot behind the golf course with our owned cars. Once again we'll wait for everyone to join, buy, mod, repair, wash and come. There we will take a look at how original and creative you can get by customizing your car and vote for the best looking one. Don't forget to take some pictures as well for memories. After that we'll begin a short cruise to Vinewood Boulevard and I'll invite everybody to my custom created drag track designed for sport cars there and we will do drag knockout tournament. 1 vs 1. After the winner is announced I will host my third created race and invite all participants. After the race is done the main programme will be over, but we might host some roleplay/sandbox/fun custom created jobs after.
SIDE NOTE: We have a full week to prepare for this event, so if you guys have something interesting to suggest that I could add to the main programme during or after the event I would love to hear it from you. But be considerate. After each completed stage and when I'll re-invite everybody back to invite only lobby we will have a 5-10 minute break.
Keep in mind, if you see 16 potential participants in the list by Saturday still contact me anyway you prefer because we might have the ability to host two rooms.
